Most repairs are complimentary, however, a repair cost may be charged depending on the complexity of the repair process. Additionally, if you own one of our leather bracelets, we offer complimentary replacement of the leather cord to keep your piece looking fresh and elegant.
Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Jewelry
We understand how important your jewelry is, and if your piece arrives damaged or gets damaged after use, we offer a return or exchange. If the damage occurs once the jewelry has been received or while in use, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
