Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At Alaghband, customers have the right to request an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  - The jewelry must be in unused condition, accompanied by its original packaging and sales receipt.

  - The exchange must be initiated by the individual whose name appears on the sales receipt.

  - Exchanges can be made in person at Alaghband’s flagship store in Dubai Mall. Please note that cash refunds are not available; exchanges only apply.

  - For exchanges requested after 30 days, a 9% fee will be deducted from the original payment amount.

  - Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including items with engravings, cannot be exchanged.

Refunds for returns or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

If your jewelry is damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and ensure a refund or exchange based on our policies.
