All transactions conducted on the Service are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Alaghband does not store your payment information on our servers.
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Alaghband reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part or content of the Service without prior notice.
Returns and refunds are available on select products, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our return and refund policy. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically, so we encourage you to check back regularly for any changes. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. Under no circumstances shall Alaghband, its affiliates, suppliers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
(iii) any content obtained from the Service;

Alaghband has developed its Platforms to provide information about our company and products for your personal use. While significant effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of Alaghband products on the Platforms accurately reflect the color, design, and style of the original pieces, slight variations, distortions, or differences may be noticeable compared to the actual products. These discrepancies may result from technical factors such as your browser or device settings. Consequently, Alaghband cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between product images displayed on the Platforms and the actual products. We recommend visiting one of our showrooms or authorized retailers before making any purchase online or by phone.
You may download a single copy or print one copy of the materials available to you via the Platforms or download our application to your mobile device, solely for personal, non-commercial, educational, or domestic use. This is provided that all proprietary notices, including copyright and trademark symbols, remain intact and are not altered, deleted, or changed. Unless otherwise indicated, you should assume that all content on the Platforms (including images, photographs, illustrations, icons, texts, video clips, music, and other materials) ("Alaghband Material") is protected by copyright, design, and trademark laws, as well as international treaties and national legislation.

Alaghband Material may not be displayed or communicated on any other platform or digital environment for any purpose. Unauthorized use of Alaghband Material may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy rights, and communications regulations.
This section applies to communications sent to Alaghband. It does not apply to the communication of personal information related to customer inquiries, the use of services, or the purchase of products via phone or through the Platform. Such communications are governed by the rules outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Any unsolicited communication or material you transmit to Alaghband via the Platforms, social media, electronic mail, or other means - including, but not limited to, data, questions, answers, comments, suggestions, or similar content—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By sending such communications, you grant Alaghband a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication(s), either alone or as part of other works, in any form, media, or technology, whether currently known or developed in the future. This includes the right to sublicense these rights to third parties. Alaghband and its affiliated companies may use anything you transmit for various purposes, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, posting, or developing and marketing products based on such information.
Additionally, Alaghband, known globally for its high-end jewelry and other exclusive products, has its own dedicated teams of designers and creators. As such, we are unable to accept unsolicited proposals for collaboration. It is possible that Alaghband is already working on similar ideas or creations. Therefore, we advise that we are not interested in receiving ideas or proposals for new creations from external parties.
The content available on the Platforms, including Alaghband Materials, is protected by copyright and either owned by Alaghband or licensed for its use. All rights are reserved. For details, please refer to the section above regarding the Use of Materials on the Platforms.
The Platforms may contain links to third-party websites that are not associated with Alaghband. The inclusion of these links does not constitute an endorsement of the third-party sites by Alaghband. We have not reviewed the content of these linked sites and are not responsible for their accuracy or content. If you decide to visit any third-party sites linked from the Platforms, you do so at your own risk.
Alaghband prohibits linking to its Platforms from any third-party websites without prior written permission.
Alaghband reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or acted in a manner that conflicts with the principles outlined herein, or if you have infringed on the rights of Alaghband, its affiliates, or any third party, with or without notice. Additionally, Alaghband may alter or discontinue the availability of any part of the Platforms at any time, with or without notice. Alaghband will not be liable for any modifications or discontinuations. Although our products are available in many countries, some items featured on the Platforms may not be available globally.

A waiver of any breach of these Terms of Use by Alaghband will not be interpreted as a waiver of any subsequent breaches.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively "Trademarks") displayed on the Platforms are either registered, unregistered, or otherwise protected trademarks of Alaghband, or are used under license from third parties. Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platforms grants, by implication or otherwise, any right or license to use any trademark without Alaghband's prior written approval or that of the third-party trademark owner. Any unauthorized use of the trademarks or other content on the Platforms is strictly prohibited, except as expressly permitted.
