Alaghband’s website uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

Alaghband works with multinational delivery companies which offer tracking and insurance services on parcels. In the event of product damage or loss during shipment, responsibility will be taken and a refund will be made according to our policy.
Upon return, our Customer Service will assist in using the same delivery companies for an ensured return. Alaghband will refund the return fee paid by the customer.

Customers at Alaghband hold the right to carry out exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. An exchange will only be accepted if the jewelry is sent in an unused condition accompanied by its original packaging and original sales receipt. An exchange will only be accepted when carried out by the same individual the sales receipt is under the name of. 
Exchange can be made in person at Alaghband’s flagship store at The Dubai Mall. However, cash refunds cannot be made at the retail store.
In case of an exchange after 30 days or more, 9% will be deducted from the original payment.
Custom-made and personalized jewelry with for example engraving cannot be exchanged.

Upon the event of return or exchange, the refund will be made within 7 business days.

In the case of stock unavailability, it will take an estimated 1-2 months for the customer to receive the order.
