Returns
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of receipt of the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [sales@alaghbandjewelry.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received in. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item has been worn, damaged, or altered.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was received in a defective condition or if the wrong product was sent to the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at sales@alaghbandjewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@alaghbandjewelry.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will treat the request as a return (see above).
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be designated as final sales, and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
