What is Alaghband’s Shipping Policy?

We offer complimentary worldwide delivery using express and tracked delivery methods, assuring a safe and secure delivery.

What is Alaghband’s Return Policy?

Customers at Alaghband hold the right to carry out returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Return will be accepted if the jewelry is in an unused condition accompanied by its original packaging and sales receipt. Refund will only be accepted when carried out by the same individual the sales receipt is under the name of, being transferred to the bank account the purchase was originally made from.

Return can also be made in person at Alaghband’s flagship store at The Dubai Mall. However, cash refunds cannot be made at the retail store.

In case of a return after 30 days or more, 24% will be deducted from the original payment.

Custom-made and personalized jewelry with for example engraving cannot be returned.
